Tim Peara presented at the 3rd annual Russian & CIS Oil & Gas Investment Forum in London. He spoke from an investor’s perspective on venture capital and private equity funding of early-stage energy companies which he illustrated, as a case study, Siberian Energy’s recent joint venture with Baltic Petroleum. His remarks were later broadcast in a CNN focus piece covering Russian oil investment.
